It is about looking and feeling younger, restoring and maintaining mental function and clarity, improving strength and energy levels, and decreasing the risk of so called “age related diseases”. The body has a remarkable ability to heal itself given the right tools. The core of good health is good nutrition.
Susan’s main goal is twofold: to educate people on healthy nutrition and lifestyle in today's modern world of obsession with diets and medicines, and to demystify the concept of "health." Eating is natural and nutrition should be enjoyable and beneficial to the body. Susan takes a special interest in people who have chronic illnesses and would like to improve their nutritional status and lifestyle.
